Sadly this new rule is probably going to be nuked by SCOTUS. It was leaked earlier in the year that the Supreme Court is going to nuke the chevron doctrine. This is going to eliminate automatic administrative deference to agencies like the FTC. “Find a job you love and you’ll never work a day in your life” never really makes sense to me. I can’t imagine a job where I wouldn’t be excited to be done. I feel like I won the job lottery (for me). I love my job and don’t think it is boring. Management and co-workers are generally fantastic. I leave my work at work and don’t have to think about it at all after I walk out the door. I work 4 days on, 4 days off so always have long weekends unless I choose to pick up overtime. It has just the right amount of stress to keep me on game mentally. All that being said, it is still work, and I am always ready for my weekend or quitting time.

The most copium thing I’ve seen, the average weekdays does not want to bend itself over backward for people. Office jobs which is usually paid more than retail and fast food are almost always 9 to 5 sadly this is still tue best option to work. Most chores are usually done when you get the weekend off. And the topmost problem of the companies is that they need to be taught what ethics is! It results in them not knowing in the slightest if they are taught right or wrong. A lot of those consulting companies, that offer to teach other companies how to do business ethically, only teach dirty tricks to polish the image. They don't teach "don't steal", but "don't get caught when stealing". If you don't know the difference, you are a sociopath.

I’m sure work ethic has something to do with it too but I’m not sure how that would be measured. Smart people can be lazy and people of average intelligence can have above average work ethic.

This video demonstrates a lack of understanding how markets work. When you invest in the general market you take the general market risk. A hedge fund takes a lot less risk because of their hedges. What matters is risk adjusted returns not just absolute returns. If you invested $1m in a lottery ticket and won $100m it was a horrible investment because your risk adjusted returns are not even close to a T bill.

I'm curious how many companies actually enforced their non-competes. Like, if someone important left and gave away company secrets, I can see the previous employer taking action against that person. But if some Wendy's cashier with a non-compete jumps ship to Burger King... is Wendy's actually going to take notice and do anything? I doubt they care. Doesn't make non-competes moral, but still, I'm curious how often it's actually enforced

You have two options: 1) Slow down your delivery (you talk too fast): you are overwhelming your audience with information.... Make more videos about the same topic, like part 1 and part 2 and try to slow yourself down, OR 2) Do not do anything about it, and risk losing potential subscribers. Also, remember you surely have an international audience of non-native english speakers... (I am one of them). I do not have time for watching the same content two or more times just because the narrator has a rush to deliver information.
